In the August 4th Democratic Primary, she'll face three fellow Democrats: Mary, Bacon, Kristen Reeves and Marilyn Strickland. The current incumbent, Denny Heck, is not seeking re-election; he's running for Lt. Governor in 2020.

Carolyn Long ~ U.S. House, District 3

Carolyn Long won the Party nomination on August 4th. In the general election, she faces Republican incumbent Jaime Herrera Beutler, who won in 2018 with 52.7% of the vote. The 3rd District has recently become more Republican leaning.
