Amanda Stuck currently serves in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Prior to this, Amanda worked with the Appleton Housing Authority, as well as as a rural mail carrier. Knowing firsthand what it is like for families to work hard and still fall behind, Amanda wants to help every hardworking family realize the American dream. This includes fighting to make sure good-paying jobs stay in Wisconsin’s communities, fully funding public schools and giving teachers much-needed resources, and providing assistance to farmers crippled by major weather events.
On healthcare . . .
Amanda will fight for access to affordable healthcare. She will also fight for resources needed to battle the opioid crisis, as well as fight against drug companies peddling dangerous medications.
On the environment . . .
Amanda will fight for national programs to fight flooding and provide assistance to farmers crippled by major weather events. She supports a new Green Deal to create clean energy jobs.
Plans for the Economy
Amanda will invest in creative solutions to strengthen local economies, including investing in local businesses and new jobs, and modernizing local infrastructure.
Amanda believes in better funding for public schools, so teachers have they resources they need to educate our children. She believes education is the key to escaping poverty.
